Membership Terms
At Face Foundry, we value your membership with Face Foundry Premium and strive to provide flexible options for managing your account. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or pausing your membership, whether you're on a yearly or monthly plan.
Yearly Membership
Cancellation Rights and Cooling-Off Period
- You have the right to cancel your yearly membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, known as the cooling-off period.
- However, if you have used any services during this 14-day period, the refund will be prorated based on the services used.
Refund Calculation During Cooling-Off Period
- If you cancel within 14 days and have not used any services, you'll receive a full refund.
- If you've used services during this period, we'll deduct the value of used services from your refund at our standard non-member rates.
- For example, if you've had a chemical peel and two LED sessions, we'll deduct the cost of these services from your refund amount.
Cancellations After 14 Days
- For cancellations after the 14-day cooling-off period, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership, minus any services used.
Automatic Renewal
- Yearly memberships automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term unless cancelled.
- We'll send a reminder email 30 days before the renewal date.
- To avoid automatic renewal, please cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Pause Option
- You may pause your yearly membership for up to 3 months per year.
- During the pause, all membership benefits will be temporarily suspended.
- Your membership term will be extended by the duration of the pause.
- To initiate or end a pause, please contact our customer service team.
Monthly Membership
Cancellation Rights
- You have the right to cancel your monthly membership at any time.
- To cancel, please email hello@facefoundry.com.au.
Notice Period
We require a 7-day notice period before your next billing date to process cancellations. If you cancel within 7 days of your next billing date, the cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle.
Refunds
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period when cancelling a monthly membership.
- You'll continue to have access to all membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Automatic Renewal
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Pause Option
- Monthly members may pause their membership for up to 1 month per year.
- During the pause, billing and access to membership benefits will be suspended.
Unused Membership Benefits
Please note that any membership benefits, including treatments and sessions, that are not used within the designated month will not carry over to the next month. It is important to schedule and utilize your benefits in a timely manner to take full advantage of your membership.
General Terms
Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your membership after cancellation, you can do so at any time, subject to current membership rates and terms.
Final Payment
Any outstanding fees must be paid upon cancellation. However, cancellation will not be contingent on payment of fees, and any outstanding amounts will be billed separately.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will will not affect existing members until their next renewal date.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
